How to Make Iced Tea Lattes

Tea Concentrate Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons (7 grams) tea
- 10 ounces water
- 1-2 teaspoons simple syrup or sweetener of choice
- 5 ounces whole milk or milk of choice
Tea Concentrate Preparation
- Infuse 2 tablespoons (7 grams) of tea with 10 ounces water for 5 minutes
- Strain and cool to room temperature. Refrigeration causes cloudy tea
- Add ice to a pint glass and mix 80% tea concentrate with 20% milk of your choice
- Add simple syrup to taste
- Serve and enjoy

Tea Concentrate Ingredients
- 9 tablespoons (30 grams) tea
- simple syrup or sweetener of choice
- 12 oz whole milk or milk of choice

Tea Concentrate Preparation
- Add 9 tablespoons (30 grams) of tea to infuser
- Barely cover with hot water and shake out bubbles
- Infuse 5 minutes
- Remove infuser and allow to drain entirely
- Fill pitcher with cold water
- Add ice to a glass and mix 80% tea concentrate with 20% milk
- Add simple syrup to taste
- Serve and enjoy
